About us
JPAG was founded with the intention of leveraging the team’s experience in aircraft design and manufacture and to monetize the years spent developing innovative aircraft solutions targeted towards customer requirements. Through this market-focused approach, the Company’s technology has been matured and defined by two principal innovations.
Jump Prop™ Technology
The first is the Company’s Jump Prop Technology, for which patent number 16062973 has been filed, and is focused upon Super STOL aircraft performance, with take-off distances similar to the clearway distances required by Vertical Take-Off aircraft but without the cost and complexity of VTOL. Moreover, the Super STOL performance has been achieved without sacrificing cruise speed...
Aerial Logistics Technology
The second innovation is focused upon an Aerial Logistics Platform capable of breaking the traditional hub and spoke distribution model in favor of a point to point on-demand system. The technology is centered around a detachable fuselage ‘pod’, which can be dropped or exchanged on location with the option of the aircraft returning to base autonomously, with or without the fuselage pod.

President and CEO
Is responsible for the overall operations of the company. With over 30 years’ experience in the General Aviation industry, Mr. Bartlett is the former President & CEO of Discovery Aviation, Inc., the former President & CEO of Liberty Aerospace, Inc., and the former President and CEO of Britten-Norman Ltd (BNL), manufacturer of the Islander and Trislander aircraft. He also served in multiple engineering and executive positions at British Hovercraft and GKN Westland

Chief Technology Officer
With 25+ years of experience is responsible for the overall aircraft design and flight test engineering. He is the former CTO for Discovery Aerospace, Inc., and the former Chief Engineer at Europa Aviation, Inc. Jason holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Materials Engineering, and a Bachelor of Engineering honors degree in Aeronautical Engineering. He is an FAA Designated Engineering Representative, a Private Pilot, and holds Advanced and Instrument Ground Instructor Certificates.
